Rejected petition: If you ban balaclavas you ban religious face coverings too. No double standards

This week in September 2026 towns & cities in the UK have started to ban full face coverings for peaceful protesters. We the British taxpayers say that if you want to ban balaclavas you must then ban all religious and cultural face coverings that hide identity. No exceptions. No double standards.

Treat people the same. No balaclavas no niqab's or burqa.

Why was this petition rejected?
