Rejected petition: Water facilities in the school toilets to wash themselves with water
Rejected on
I want children to access clean water in the school toilets to wash themselves
safe, clean, and accessible water and washing facilities for children. These facilities would allow children to wash themselves when needed, helping to protect their health, hygiene, dignity, and wellbeing.
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
All schools are required by law to provide sanitary toilet and washing facilities. It may be that you are referring to a particular situation in a particular school, in which case I would recommend speaking to your local councillor or MP.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
