Rejected petition: Make e-scooters legal

I think E scooters should be legal because some kids parents can’t drive to take them places. It also helps if a child gets angry and they need somewhere to go but they can’t walk but obviously there would be some rules to it for example it has to go under 25 KMH/ 15 mph et cetera
And some other rules like can’t go on main road motorways and more
