Rejected petition: The introduction of Universal Basic Income

Rejected on

I believe that in this time where the common man in the UK can barely earn a decent wage for his family, it’s integral to ensure no british citizen is allowed to go hungry.

To the amount of universal basic income introduced I feel perhaps an average living wage of about 5,000 annually. I believe in this time when the elites get richer and the often hardworking british citizen continues to go hungry, introducing a universal basic income to ensure none of our people face that is integral.
