Open petition: Do not ban imports from Israeli settlements in the West Bank

Created by David Jenkinson
Closes on

We call on the Government not to introduce its proposed ban on imports of goods from Israeli settlements in the West Bank, announced on 8 September 2026.

We urge the Government to reject a blanket geographical trade ban and retain the existing customs and origin rules for goods from Israeli settlements in the West Bank. We believe any action should target individuals or organisations responsible for proven unlawful conduct, rather than penalising lawful businesses, workers and consumers through broad restrictions on trade.
