Ensure funding for each SEND pupil to have a supporting teacher to help their difficulties during school time

There are reports that some pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) may no longer have the one-to-one support they need in school. Children with SEND are individuals. They have different needs, different abilities and different challenges. Removing the support they rely on can have a huge impact on their education, confidence, independence.
