We call on the Government to abolish the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero since it, in our view, is palpably unfit for purpose and hugely costly for businesses and households across the country.

We believe that energy security and Net Zero are mutually opposed, and that the UK needs to exploit its existing energy supplies rather than, as we see it, hand billions of pounds to other countries such as China to supply economically inferior alternatives. We think that Net Zero is an unproven and unscientific objective.
