Rejected petition: Create a fair settlement route for international graduates.

Rejected on

We call on the Government to count eligible Student and Graduate visa years towards settlement, create a dedicated ILR route for international graduates, and protect current visa holders through fair transitional arrangements.

International graduates invest significant time and money in the UK, often working legally while seeking graduate-level employment. Many struggle to secure sponsorship despite holding UK qualifications. We ask the Government to recognise lawful Student and Graduate visa residence, create a clear graduate settlement route, and protect current visa holders from unfair changes to settlement rules.
