Rejected petition: Make the Roads In St Nicholas at Wade Safer – Reduce the Speed Limit to 20mph

Rejected on

We are calling for a 20mph speed limit throughout St Nicholas at Wade, particularly around the school. Help us make our village roads safer for children, families, pedestrians, cyclists and residents. Please sign and support safer roads for our community.

We are asking for a 20mph speed limit to be considered throughout St Nicholas at Wade, particularly around the school. Our village roads are regularly used by children, families, pedestrians and cyclists. Reducing vehicle speeds could help make our roads safer and give residents greater confidence when walking around the village. We are asking the relevant authorities to review the current speed limits and consider appropriate road-safety measures.
