Open Increase the maximum cc for motorbike use by a 16 year old to 125cc

We believe the law about 16 year olds only being allowed to ride a 50cc motorcycle has to be changed. We are concerned being restricted to a 50cc means these riders can hold up traffic on national speed limit roads which can be dangerous and terrifying when being overtaken at speed.

Allow 16 year olds to ride a 125cc motorbike. This will allow 16 year old riders to keep up with the flow of traffic instead of holding everyone up. They are just trying to get to work or college
