Allow all medium-skilled NHS workers to bring their families to the UK. Let's remove this barrier and allow healthcare workers to perform to their fullest potential while enjoying the support of their families.

For three years, I dedicated my life to the NHS, contributing to the wellbeing of countless families across the UK. When I was granted sponsorship, I was filled with hope for a new chapter in my career, but this opportunity came with an unexpected and painful sacrifice—my family's presence. Like many Healthcare Assistants nurses, and auxiliary workers, I am not permitted to have my dependents join me here in the UK. This restriction has profoundly affected both my professional and personal life.
