Open Make bullying in the workplace a criminal offence

Make it a crime for employees to bully other colleagues. We feel this is commonplace and some good co-workers end up leaving because of bullying. Making workplace bullying an offence could act as a deterrent and support mental health at work. This could also support a rise in employment.
