Removal of bench adjacent to Darlaston Library that is used by local alcohol and substance abusers for antisocial activities, causing nuisance to local public and business on a daily basis.
This bench is only used by alcohol and substance abusers for antisocial purposes, this is causing distress for local residents and businesses. We want this bench removed to prevent the loitering by these individuals. Their presence has a negative impact upon the town, also prevents people from visiting.
