this industry frequently uses specialist adhesives and chemical products that come into direct contact with the scalp and skin.
Inadequate training, poor hygiene practices and incorrect product application can expose clients to avoidable risks, including scalp irritation, allergic reactions ect

I ask the Government to consider introducing mandatory practitioner qualifications, professional registration, appropriate insurance requirements, hygiene standards and enforceable consumer protection measures.

My aim is to improve public safety, professional accountability and confidence in the UK hair replacement industry as it rapidly grows
