Rejected petition To create a National Boot Camp System

To establish regional Boot camps, using a tough regime of discipline and training. Unruly teenagers would be sent to these camps and given National Service type punishment and discipline, learning morals, a sense of community and teamwork. The Government could establish these at old military installations.
