With the current situation on the country's streets it is time to restore Corporal Punishment to homes and our secondary schools to instil some discipline back into todays youth. Lack of respect for other people and their belongings has gone too far. Schools need to be able to take a harder line with pupils who are disruptive and aggressive. Parents should be allowed to smack unruly and rude children. These places should be where discipline and manners are taught!
