Rejected petition Bring back Capital Punishment for Child Killers.

Restore the death penalty for Murder, especially evil child Killers, In cases where their is no doubt they did it, Retributive justice needs to be an option.

Leaving these evil killers in cozy jail cells for 20 years, is not justice and is expensive!. Let True Justice prevail, an eye for an eye.
