Rejected petition british citizens to carry pepper spray with background check and licence

The right for English citizens to carry pepper spray for self defence and own protection! Many of the disgusting rapes, snatchings, muggings, stabbings and the rest of the vile things that have happened to English citizens could have helped been stopped by carrying it! a police check will be needed.

After spending a year in Montana with the right to protect myself if necessary I am petrified Of returning to England and think it's about time somebody made a stand to allow the English people the right to protect there selves in one way or another! In order to carry it a police check should be needed, just like it is to own a shotgun and you will be required to have a licence to carry it, if you are a British citizen who wants to protect their family and themselves this is what we need to do.
