Rejected petition To reduce university fees to £5000 nationwide.

To help student get into universities without having to pay the regular £9,000, as this can leave students stressed due to large amount of money they have to pay. If student take loans they have to pay the amount that the loan covered after they have started earning £21,000 annually.
