Rejected petition Introduce a National Identity Card scheme to help stop illegal migration into UK

The UK is clearly a destination of choice for migrants who are willing and determined to enter our Country illegally. There are hoards of migrants camped in France who are daily trying to gain illegal access by any means available to them. This quite obviously has to be stopped.
