Rejected petition Cease financial aid and support to foreign countries

For years, the UK Government has been sending billions in aid and suppoort to foreign nations. We demand that it be stopped immediately, and to invest those billions into our own failing country.

We the undersigned, demand that our Government, elected by us, withdraw all funding of foreign aid.

As a nation, the United Kingdom is falling apart – we cannot afford to maintain our own country and its services and infrastructures. Yet, every year, we send billions to other countries as aid. Our Government regularly cuts funding for our services and infrastructures, causing costs for the populace to spiral uninhibited. The Government has cut drastically the funding of the NHS, transport and education sectors, yet we still send billions to other countries every year.
