The criminal justice system is failing victims of serious crimes. Many serious crimes are not being punished harshly enoughy. There are many inappropriate sentences for serious crimes that amount to no more than a slap on the wrist.

We need the death penalty reintroduced for the following crimes: Terrorist acts that result in the death and mutilation of innocent people, murder of police officers and armed forces personal, violent rape which includes the death of babies, underage girls, women, gang rape, honour killings, kidnapping, torture
