Rejected petition That the same legal rules apply to cats as apply to dogs with regard to RTCs

Currently there is no responsibility on drivers to stop and report a RTC with a cat as there is with a dog. This legal change will make the law consistent with regard to a RTC whether it be with a dog or a cat.
