Rejected petition For insurance companies using non fault claims to up premiums and admin charges

To stop Insurance companies for excess charging drivers on there premiums when an accident is non fault even though they have NCB,
also to stop the ludicrous charging for cancelling or updating a policy i.e. changing your vehicle.

My wife has been quoted a huge amount even though she has been driving 5yrs with 4 yrs no claims.The reason for this 2 yrs ago a non insured driver hit her vehicle from behind causing her injury, the MIB refused to pay her anything saying there wasn't enough evidence even though the police were there and paramedics were called.
As a result they've used against her even though it's a non fault.
I'm sure we can get them to do something for every motorist so get behind this petition come on!!
