Rejected petition Award a 12 month ban for anyone caught using a mobile phone whilst driving.

The current punishment (£200 fine and 3 points) for using a mobile phone whilst driving is clearly not enough of a deterrent. Using a mobile phone whilst driving is as dangerous as drink driving! The penalties awarded should reflect this.
