Rejected petition Impose a lifetime ban for people who abuse and/or neglect their animals

Anybody who abuses and/or neglects their animals should be banned from keeping animals for life because the sentences that they get vary dramatically from 5 years to life. I do hope the Government will consider imposing a lifetime ban for anybody who abuses and/or neglects their animals.
