Rejected petition Make it so that pushbikes have to have a registration plate and insurance.

All to often i see people on bicycles breaking the law. Like just he drove striaght through a red light across our path whilst our light was green. The police have no way of tracing these people that are road user breaking the law. They should be held accountable for their actions
