Rejected petition Parents claiming csa, when they stop contact between the other parent and child.

Some parents insists that the other parent can not have any sort of contact with their child, But they can still claim child maintenance. They should only be allowed to carry on claiming, if they have a court order saying no contact. There are to many parents claiming money and give no contact.
