Rejected petition BULLYING TO BE MADE A CRIME

We never hear of people being arrested for bullying. I want to see Bullying become a crime in itself, and for people who commits that crime to be subjected to appropriate punishment and tough sentences.
Bullying affects someone physically, emotionally and psychologically.

There has been many suicides linked to bullying and something needs to be done. If bullying was to be made a crime, I want to see it stop. It may not stop completely but it will surely reduce significantly. let's get a grip on bullying and make it become a crime in itself and for bullies to get tougher sentences.
To many lives are being affected not just for the victim but for thier families and friends too.
