Rejected petition A fixed & fair service charge for leaseholders

I own a leasehold property, me and my neighbors are required to pay £70 a month service charge. All 12 of us that totals to £840 a month. For the up keep of the building and areas. This is NOT a fixed amount and has doubled since last year and expected to double next year. This need to be regulated.
