Rejected petition I think we should have a Free pet Health care service, (PHS)

I believe more dogs would have longer life’s if pet bills where not so exspesive, so why don’t we all pay a extra Bit of tax each month and have a Health care service for dogs, (PHS) instead of (NHS)
