Rejected petition Make it a criminal offence to film an attack and circulate the video

This is seems to be the culture of society today, children especially think it’s acceptable to film attacks and then circulate it amongst themselves. Not only does the victim have to deal with the fact they have been attacked but having to re live it over and over again and the constant humiliation.
