Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
Money raised from the TV licence fee goes to the BBC, not the Government. It is not clear how you propose that the Government raise the additional money for the NHS once the BBC is privatised.
If you would like to privatise the BBC then you may wish to sign this petition:

You could start a new petition to ask the UK Government increase taxes to fund the NHS, if that’s what you’d like to happen.
