Rejected petition Make VE Day an official bank holiday and revert May bank holiday 2020 to 4th May

There should be an additional dedicated bank holiday to celebrate VE Day. Moving the early may bank holiday in 2020 to 8th May shows that this should be celebrated, however sharing this special date with Early May bank holiday doesn't do it justice. VE Day deserves a dedicated day as does Early May.
