Rejected petition recognise that CBD flower is NOT subject to the misuse of drugs act.

The UK police and government are unaware that strains of cannabis containing no THC (the part of the plant that gets you high) now exists and until now they have treated the two plants as the same. We call for an immediate recognition of the legal difference between the two.

If the only reason that cannabis is a class B drug is because of THC then EU THC free hemp is by their own definition not the same and therefore exempt from the legislation.
