Cannabis addiction is increasing at a growing rate. High CBD low THC buds provides the best way to combat cannabis addiction. It can also be used as a tobacco alternative. It is unjust to deny people of this healthier alternative. Make laws similar to the Swiss and increase the THC limit to 0.5%.
