Rejected petition Change how easy it is for non paying parents to evade the authorities

Something needs to be done to make evading the CMS (Child Maintenance Service) far more strenuous and also allow the CMS more power to obtain regular payments and arrears from the non paying parents

I have been asingle parent since Dec 07 with little to no financial support from my child's father, now is the time to make a stand.
Regardless of whether you are a father or mother not in receipt of the regular maintenance owed to you and your child from the non resident parent, today we need to make a change.
Please sign this petition to allow the CMS more power to obtain maintenance/arrears and make it harder for non paying parents to play the system and knowingly not pay the full amount
