Rejected petition NHS Bank Holiday
I would like the government to consider making a Bank Holiday for our NHS staff.
By having a day dedicated to them it would not only make them feel more appreciated but it would raise awareness for people to see exactly how much they do for us as I believe they are underrated.
More details
We have Bank holidays throughout the year for so many different reasons but we do not have one yet for the one group of people who keep us alive currently.
Without the NHS staff we wouldn’t know what to do when either our self or someone falls ill.
I strongly believe having a day dedicated to them would not only make the NHS staff feel more appreciated but would a great way for everybody to come together.
