Re-evaluate the pay increase for ALL NHS Staff from 1% to a minimum of 5%.
This can be fixed for next 2 years..

The NHS have gone above and beyond the call of duty during the COVID19 pandemic, even to the extent of putting their own lives at risk.
They have worked continuously throughout with an unselfish attitude to ensure the well being of this Nation, have faced countless hurdles yet strived to struggle through with no complaint.
This pitiful 1% pay increase is an insult to their hard work and dedication during a very difficult time.
Clapping is NOT enough...!!
