Rejected petition For cats to be placed under the traffic act 1988.

My precious boy was hit by a car due to speeding in a residential area his injurys were that bad that it was death on impact and he was left in the road.Cats are part of people's family's what makes them more less to not be protected under this act they breathe the same.
