Rejected petition All Members of Parliament must submit to regular drug and alcohol testing.

This is intended to ensure that no laws are passed by members who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Offenders must be dismissed from parliament and their party.

Any citizen attempting an activity such as driving a motor vehicle o mechanical handling equipment would be subject to the full force of the if attempting to do so while intoxicated. Our lawmakers should be subject to similar restrictions.
