Rejected petition Badges required to park in adult and children bays.

I believe parents should be giving a badge to park in adult and children bays to stop people without children parking in them to free more spaces for people with children.

Because currently anyone parks in the spaces without consequences and there are very few as it is so majority of the time I am unable to park there and can see people get out of their car with no children and I have to park in a normal space where I’m unable to get my baby out safely with enough room.
