Rejected petition Charge people who fail to turn up for NHS appointments to reduce waiting lists.

Fine those who fail to attend their NHS appointments. Missed appointments waste valuable NHS resources- £160 per appointment (1) - and affects other patients attending their GP / hospital. If there was a fine for missing your appointment, without a valid excuse, people would think twice.
