Rejected petition Police to investigate courier companies who are failing to deliver

Make it mandatory that any Courier company's that loose parcels and make fraudulent claims that they have been delivered are investigated by the Police.
One company in particular EVRI (Hermes) has an alarming record of lost or stolen items many that end up being sold openly at markets. This should not be allowed to continue
