We want licences for all dog breeds and owners
All dogs should be microchipped and kept on a lead in built-up public places
All owners have liability insurance
Give the police power to fine owners for dog-on-dog attacks
Make it a criminal offence and jail time for owners of dogs that cause the death of another person
Make dog breeders fully licensed and yearly checked by RSPCA or similar Government bodies
Stop the imports of dogs and puppies from none UK territories
