Rejected petition Make it illegal for PPI and accident/injury claims firms to cold call customers

Companies offering PPI claims, accident claims or similar services are welcome to advertise for new clients. However, we would like it to be made illegal for them to solicit business by way of cold calling, either from within the UK or via overseas call centres.
