We are all aware of the underfunding of our N.H.S, causing sick people to wait for treatment in ambulances and hospital corridors and many operations cancelled because of the lack of beds and medical staff.

By using the foreign aid fund in all or in part, would also prevent the criminal waste of the fund in some recipient countries.
