Rejected petition ALL Halal slaughtered meat products should be clearly labelled as such.

Also food outlets, ie burgers, kebabs, pizza & chicken shops should have a sign in the window & on leaflets etc clearly visible. We should have the right to choose not to eat meat from animals we consider have been cruelly slaughtered.
The law states this type of slaughter is exempted from animal cruelty laws for the consumption by those with according religious beliefs, unless these products are labelled as such, how are we to identify them?
Why was this petition rejected?
