To amend this law to include contact denial of non resident parent & child(ren) as abuse.
Domestic Abuse includes psychological and/or emotional abuse. However contact denial is not reconised as abuse of a non resident parent, child(ren) and/or wider family.

Domestic Abuse includes psychological &/or emotional abuse. However does not reconise contact denial as abuse of non resident parent &/or child.
Which for the non resident parent & child presents domestic abuse in such ways as intimidation,degradation,isolation & control.Section 76 does not cover clearly or fairly the childs best intrests.Anyone who has ever been denied contact would know it is truely a horific form of psychological &/or emotional abuse.
No person should endure this abuse.
