Rejected petition Make changes to highway code 244 parking on pavements.

The highway code: 244 says outside London drivers "should not" park on a path. As parking on the pavement can obstruct pedestrians, people in wheelchairs or with visual impairments and people with prams or pushchairs.
This should be updated to MUST NOT to allow enforcement against offenders.
